• Enhanced financial assistance to Jammu and Kashmir for the betterment of infrastructure and healthcare facilities.
• Initiation of the delimitation process for more egalitarian representation and participation.
• Strengthening of security arrangements to curb terrorist activities.

These measures aim to strengthen democracy, development, and good governance in Jammu and Kashmir and to integrate them with the mainstream of the country.
