Why do some government schemes like Jal Jeevan Mission have high infrastructure coverage but low actual usage and reliability?
Despite the Jal Jeevan scheme achieving high tap coverage, the usage and reliability remain low. I want to understand the underlying challenges that cause this gap between infrastructure and actual benefit.
