Which bills are listed by the Centre for passage in the winter session of Parliament

The Centre has listed a total of seven bills for passage in the winter session of Parliament. These bills can be categorized into two groups: Jammu and Kashmir Bills:

• Jammu and Kashmir Official Languages Bill
• Jammu and Kashmir State Election Bill
• Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue (Amendment) Bill
• Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation (Third Amendment) Bill

Criminal Law Bills:

• Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill
• Indian Penal Code (Amendment) Bill
• Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill

These bills cover a range of important issues in the Jammu and Kashmir region as well as amendments to criminal law procedures and provisions aimed at protecting children from sexual offenses. The winter session of Parliament will discuss and deliberate on these bills for their eventual passage into law.
