• Pre-positioning relief supplies such as food, water, medicines, and temporary shelters in disaster-prone areas.
• Creating evacuation plans and routes to move people to safer areas before a disaster strikes.
• Developing advanced communication networks to facilitate quick dissemination of information during a crisis.
• Use of technology including drones, AI, and satellites to help with disaster response and management.
• Creating awareness campaigns to educate people about preparedness and mitigation.

By implementing these measures, states can be better prepared to cope with disasters and save lives and property.
