How should the judiciary balance its role between criticism and support of government actions?
Justice Bhuyan remarked that the judiciary should neither be an eternal critic nor a cheerleader. I want to understand how the judiciary can maintain this balance while upholding the Constitution and protecting citizens’ rights.
