  • The revocation of visas for Pakistani nationals by the Indian government can strain bilateral relations between the two countries.
  • It may lead to retaliation by the Pakistani government, such as imposing similar restrictions on Indian nationals, further escalating tensions.
  • The move can hinder people-to-people contact and cultural exchanges, affecting the possibilities of cross-border cooperation and understanding.
  • Business and trade relations may suffer, as ease of travel for entrepreneurs and investors from both countries is restricted.
  • This decision may also impact tourism and academic exchanges, limiting opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
  • Diplomatic dialogues and track-two diplomacy efforts could face obstacles due to reduced interaction between citizens.
