How can India improve its victim compensation system for vulnerable groups in light of recent judicial concerns?
The Supreme Court was alerted to lapses in victim compensation after the death of an intellectually-disabled rape survivor. I wish to analyze what changes are needed to make the compensation system more effective and sensitive.
